Why Kids Love Learning About the Ocean

By engaging in ocean-themed crafts like this starfish project, kids not only get to create something fun but also expand their knowledge about marine life.
Here are a couple of cool starfish facts for kids:
- Starfish have an incredible ability to regenerate lost limbs. If they happen to lose an arm, they can grow it back, making them true masters of regeneration in the animal kingdom.
- No Brain, No Blood: Starfish don’t have a brain or blood like most animals. Instead, they have a unique water vascular system that helps them move and capture food. They use hundreds of tiny feet, called tube feet, to glide along the ocean floor.
