- Step 1: Prepare Your Materials

Trace the template patterns onto the colored papers using a pencil, then cut them out. The template includes patterns for the head, tail, mane, horn, handprint (body), and the lower part of the face.
- Step 2: Create the Unicorn's Head
Glue the lower face cutout onto the bottom part of the head cutout. This forms the unicorn's face.
- Step 3: Assemble the Tail and Mane
Glue the smaller cutouts of the tail and mane onto the bigger ones to complete the paper patterns for the tail and mane.
- Step 4: Add the Horn and Mane
Glue the horn cutout to the top side of the small (top) mane pattern. Then, glue the top-mane and horn pattern onto the top of the head pattern.
- Step 5: Attach the Side Mane
Glue the side-mane pattern to the left side of the head pattern.
- Step 6: Assemble the Unicorn's Body
Glue the head pattern onto the palm side of the handprint cutout, near the pinky. Next, glue the tail pattern onto the thumb of the handprint pattern.
- Step 7: Final Touches
Use sharpies to draw the face of the papercraft unicorn, adding eyes, nostrils, and any other details you like.
