Instructions

  1. Step 1:
    Begin by deciding whether to use your child's handprint or the template provided. Select your colored craft papers and get the template patterns ready. Trace the template patterns on the chosen craft papers and cut them out carefully.
  2. Step 2:
    Combine the inner and outer ear pieces, and then attach the face's bottom part to the head's bottom part.
  3. Step 3:
    Stick the ear patterns on the upper side of the head pattern.
  4. Step 4:
    Bring your lion to life by drawing its face with a sharpie.
  5. Step 5:
    Affix the head pattern onto the handprint cutout.
  6. Step 6:
    Join the tail tip cutout to one side of the tail cutout and the belly cutout to the bottom of the lower body cutout.
  7. Step 7:
    Attach the head pattern to the top of the lower body pattern.
  8. Step 8:
    Place the tail cutout on one side of the lower body pattern.
  9. Step 9:
    Complete your craft by attaching the paw cutout to the bottom side of the lower body pattern.
