Notes

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

This includes gathering all your supplies together and setting up the crafting area. You may need to prep water for the watercolors, layout some newspaper or a cover to protect the crafting area, and arrange your supplies in a convenient and accessible way.

Active Time: 30-45 minutes

This accounts for painting the paper bags with watercolors, allowing some drying time, gluing on the googly eyes, drawing a face if desired, and cutting the tentacles.

Additional Time: 15-20 minutes

This is time for the painted paper bags to fully dry before children start cutting out the tentacles. Please note this could be less or more depending on the amount of paint used and the local weather/humidity conditions.

Please remember that these times are estimates and can vary depending on the child's age and skill level. Always allow a bit of extra time to accommodate for creativity and fun!
