Eid Coloring Pictures for Kids
Coloring is great for working on kids fine motor skills, hand eye coordination and color recognition and it’s also a great way to learn about all kinds of celebrations all year round.

Eid Al Fitr
Eid al Fitr is one of two Eids in the Islamic calendar. This celebration comes after the last day of Ramadan, the fasting month, and brings in the next month of Shawwal.
Because Eid al Fitr is based on the lunar calendar, the timing varies year to year. Eid al Fitr 2022 will be on May 2nd/May 3rd, depending on the moon sighting.
What Happens on Eid?
On the morning of Eid, Eid prayers or Eid Salah are prayed early in the mosque. Everyone wears new clothes or their best clothes. Everyone feasts after the fasting of Ramadan, visits with family, and gives gifts or Eid money for the children.
Eid is also called Bayram in Turkey, Hari Raya in Malaysia, and other names around the world. Eid al Fitr is the Arabic name meaning the festival of breaking the fast.
