Materials

  • Colored cardstock papers
  • Pencil
  • Craft glue
  • A pair of scissors
  • Sharpies
  • Googly eyes

Instructions

  1. Step 1:
    Download, print, and cut out the frog bookmark template patterns. Select colored thick craft or lightweight-cardstock papers for the patterns. Use a pencil to trace the template patterns on the selected papers and cut them out using scissors.
  2. Step 2:
    Attach the arch-shaped cutout (front legs) to the round cutout (lower body), on the top side. Keep the bottom end of the front legs free.
  3. Step 3:
    Attach the back legs on both sides of the pattern (body base) prepared in the previous step.
  4. Step 4:
    Attach the head cutout to the top side of the body base.
  5. Step 5:
    Attach the blush cutouts to the cheeks of the paper frog.
  6. Step 6:
    Attach googly eyes to the eye slots of the head cutout.
  7. Step 7:
    Attach the spot cutouts to the forehead of the paper frog.
  8. Step 8:
    Use a sharpie to draw the mouth of the paper frog.
  9. Step 9:
    To use the papercraft frog as a bookmark, insert a page between the belly and the front legs.
