Our 7 year old girls love anything animal related. It’s an interest they’ve had for years, as other crazes come and go, the love of animals and pets has been constant. Whenever they are in a toy shop, they will go straight for the stuffed animals. But with all their interactive features, little live pets are a step beyond your usual stuffed animal.

From the moment we opened the boxes, the excitement was palpable. The girls’ faces lit up as soon as they saw these adorable, lifelike pets. We knew instantly that these toys were going to be a big hit.

Max, Our New Puppy
One of our absolute favorites is My Puppy’s Home Playset. My daughter named her puppy Max, and she loves to play with him every day. Max comes with his own cozy home, complete with a bed and food bowl.
The playset also includes an adoption certificate, which makes the whole experience feel very real and special.
Max barks, moves around, and wags his tail just like a real puppy, making him an instant best friend for my daughter.
With this set, you first have to build the house, which comes with real child-safe tools. We had to get one of the big brothers involved in this stage, and once you put the house together you’ll find the puppy Max. He is hiding inside the roof of the house!
Snowie, The Cuddly Lamb
Snowie, the pet lamb, has quickly become my personal favorite. Snowie is incredibly soft and cuddly, and she moves around and makes the sweetest noises. It’s impossible not to fall in love with her.
What we love most about Snowie is how interactive she is. Her lifelike movements and sounds make her feel like a real member of the family.
Watching the girls take care of Snowie, feeding her and making sure she’s comfortable, has been a joy. Snowie brings a little piece of the farm right into our living room, and we couldn’t be happier with her.
Piggly: The Lovable Pet Pig
Piggly, the pet pig, is incredibly cute and is designed to move around just like a real piglet, and she makes the sweetest, most endearing noises. It’s impossible not to fall in love with her!
What we love most about Piggly is how interactive she is. Her adorable face make her perfect for endless cuddles. She is so much fun to play with and her noises always make us giggle.
Fun with Lil Hamsters
The Lil Hamsters Playset is another fantastic addition to our toy collection. The playset comes with an adorable little hamster and some little babies. . The hamster has a little house with a feeding bottle and accessories which provides plenty of opportunities for imaginary play.
The girls love playing with their hamster and it’s a great way to teach them about the behavior of small pets and the responsibilities of pet ownership.
There is also a rabbit version of this toy which they also love a lot. Both of these sets provided a lot of fun and kept them busy for a long time.
Mama Surprise Minis: Lil’ Bunny
Another delightful addition to our collection is the Mama Surprise Minis: Lil’ Bunny. This toy has quickly become another one of my personal favorites because of how cute and realistic it is.
What makes this toy truly special is that it teaches children about the responsibility of caring for animals in a unique and engaging way.

We also had the pleasure of trying out the FurReal Walk-A-Lots Bernedoodle. My daughter is absolutely smitten with this toy.
Whenever we take our actual dog Luna for a walk, she insists on bringing her Bernedoodle along too. It’s such a delightful sight to see her proudly showing off her toy pup to the neighbors.
