For Easter this year, why not make these cute bunny popsicle stick crafts with your kids.
This simple craft activity can be completed in just a few minutes and will be appreciated by toddlers and preschoolers. You can make as many of these popsicle stick bunnies as you like, in a whole rainbow of Spring time colors. We went for blue, yellow and red but there is no limit to the colors you can choose.

How to Make this super cute popsicle stick bunny craft – It’s easy!
Making simple crafts is a great way for kids to develop fine motor skills and hand eye coordination. They will build up their concentration, develop creativity and get a sense of accomplishment from creating something that looks adorable.
Popsicle Stick Bunny Craft
Make this easy Easter Bunny Craft with the kids this Spring. All you need is a few basic supplies to make these cute bunny crafts which are perfect for preschoolers, but lots of fun for kids of all ages.
Materials
- Popsicle Sticks / Craft Sticks (6 per bunny)
- Colored paper (blue, yellow and pink) and white paper
- Colored Pencil Crayons or felt tips (blue, yellow, pink)
- Washable paint in red, yellow and blue
Tools
- Scissors
- Glue Stick
- Pencil
- Tape
Instructions
- Gather all of your materials
- Color the popsicle sticks for each bunny. Take 5 popsicle sticks and color the top third a darker shade and the bottom section a lighter shade
- Tape these 5 popsicle sticks together from the back using clear tape, so that they are firmly attached but the tape can't be seen.
- One popsicle stick per bunny should be painted the darker shade for the entire length. Keep this one to the aside for later
- Make some ears for each bunny. You will need to cut two larger white ear shapes for the outer ears, and two smaller colored pieces for the inner ears
- Glue the outer and inner ears together using the glue stick, and attach to the darker section on the front of your 5 popsicle sticks, as shown.
- Next add the popsicle stick you kept aside, and glue this down firmly under neath the ears. This will create a hat.
- Each bunny also needs a face. Draw your bunnies' eyes noses and whiskers on the colored paper and color them how you like. If you prefer, you can add googly eyes instead of drawing the bunny eyes
- Cut out all of the bunny face features and glue them down onto the front of each bunny
- Allow all the glue to dry completely and your cute little bunnies are all done!

Popsicle sticks are also known as craft sticks or lolly sticks. You can buy packs of colored or natural wood craft sticks from any craft store or online at Amazon
Or you can save popsicle sticks from your popsicles and ice lollies.
Give them a wash and they will be ready to recycle and upcycle for your craft activities.
