You can’t have missed the grown up colouring book craze that’s been taking over lately. I love that colouring in has become so popular for all ages, and I definitely believe that it’s a great tool to help to unwind and relieve stress. I have quite a collection of adult colouring books and I’m always happy to find more to add to my pile. The One and Only colouring book series for adults has some really lovely designs, and I’ve found them to be some of the more varied books, providing lots of different illustration styles within each book.
The One and Only Colouring Book series has expanded out from the original One and Only Colouring Book for adults, and now includes 5 different books:

I took the travelling colouring book away with me on holiday for a bit of relaxation in the sun, and have been enjoying the original colouring book and the mandala book at home. I find a bit of colouring helps to unwind once the children are asleep in the evening, or I do 5 minutes of colouring here and there when I want to de-stress! You can use either felt tip pens or colouring pencils in these books and the paper is of a decent quality.
Here are a few sample pages to give you an idea of the designs included:

Grown up colouring books make a great gift as well as being a lovely way to treat yourself to some down time. A friend of mine bought some of these, along with some good quality colouring pencils, for secret santa presents and it was really well received.

I love my colouring book, so relaxing and so much better for me of an evening than sitting on the tablet. I am sure it makes a difference to my sleep.

Have you seen the Time-out Color in Frames? I found one in the craft store that said “Home is wherever I’m with you”. It broke and we can’t find a replacement for a Christmas gift. Though I would see if you could help me.
This coloring book for adults is great. I did some painting, I love bowls.
