You can’t have missed the grown up colouring book craze that’s been taking over lately. I love that colouring in has become so popular for all ages, and I definitely believe that it’s a great tool to help to unwind and relieve stress. I have quite a collection of adult colouring books and I’m always happy to find more to add to my pile. The One and Only colouring book series for adults has some really lovely designs, and I’ve found them to be some of the more varied books, providing lots of different illustration styles within each book.
The One and Only Colouring Book series has expanded out from the original One and Only Colouring Book for adults, and now includes 5 different books:

I took the travelling colouring book away with me on holiday for a bit of relaxation in the sun, and have been enjoying the original colouring book and the mandala book at home. I find a bit of colouring helps to unwind once the children are asleep in the evening, or I do 5 minutes of colouring here and there when I want to de-stress! You can use either felt tip pens or colouring pencils in these books and the paper is of a decent quality.
Here are a few sample pages to give you an idea of the designs included:
The designs shown above are from the original One and Only Colouring Book for Adults.
If you would like to download a sample page in pdf form, my friend Kate is offering one free colouring page from the original book over on her blog here. (In the design below)
If you get these books, I would love to see how your colouring came out. Feel free to share your pictures with me on Instagram
Grown up colouring books make a great gift as well as being a lovely way to treat yourself to some down time. A friend of mine bought some of these, along with some good quality colouring pencils, for secret santa presents and it was really well received.
