Unicorns are soaring in popularity right now, and even our toddler is crazy about them! For little ones who love Unicorns, the Clementoni 3-in-1 ride on Unicorn is an amazing toy and it has been a huge hit in our house.

This 3-in-1 ride on, rocker and activity centre can be quickly transformed between a ride on horse or a rocking horse and has lots of interactive sounds and lights with 5 buttons on the unicorn which can easily be pressed while riding.

These activate lights, sounds, nursery rhymes and songs which N really enjoys and they fuel her imagination while playing, as she copies the phrases like “hold on tight!” and loves to sing along to the songs.

All of these sounds are available in either English or Spanish – just switch between language modes on the side of the unicorn to access the version you want.

The rocker is just clicked into place at the bottom of the unicorn as you can see – detached in the top picture and attached above. N has really enjoyed both modes and it’s great to have a variety. The ergonomic saddle seems comfortable, she is happy to sit and play for quite a while and can easily get on and off the unicorn by herself.

The Interactive unicorn requires 2 AAA batteries but luckily they are included and set up of the unicorn once you take it out of the box is very quick and easy. You have a few stickers to apply on the sides and wheels but not too much assembly needed.

The Unicorn is well made and should last well. It’s recommended as suitable for ages 12-36 months, which I would say is about right. N is nearly 2 years old, and has been playing with this unicorn for a couple of months now. She still uses it most days and gets a lot of imaginary play from the unicorn, as well as rocking and riding to use up her energy.

The Clementoni Interactive Ride on Unicorn is available from toys shops including Smyths for around RRP 39.99, which I think is really reasonable for this type of large toy.
