  • 1 banana (the browner, the sweeter, the better)
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 250g plain yogurt or dairy-free coconut yoghurt
  • Optional:
  • Frozen blueberries

  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Grated coconut
  • Granola
  • Chocolate

Instructions
