These surprise heart boxes are so cute! They are perfect for Valentines day but make sweet gift boxes all year round, and are a fun origami project to make. I have two varieties to share with you today – the geometric heart surprise box and the peach heart surprise box.

Print out the sheet for each box and carefully follow the instructions to fold your box up into an adorable heart design. You can then add your choice of secret message into the bottom of each box, and fill the box up with a few little treats or surprises.
This is the geometric design box on the left, and the peach design box on the right – shown open.
And here the peach surprise heart box shown closed. Tie them up with twine or string to seal the heart boxes shut, and add a finishing touch.
Which one is your favourite?
