Instructions
- Cut a circle from black paper,
then fold it in half. 
This folded circle makes the rocking base for your cat. - Print out the Halloween cat craft template, cut out the pieces, and trace them onto the right colors of paper. Black for the main cat shapes
pink for the inner ears and green for the eyes 
- Attach the head and tail to the base to create your cat shape
- Add the eyes and ears
- Cut out the whisker shapes
- Attach the final details of the eyes, and whiskers to the folded circle with glue, and your rocking black cat is ready to go!
That’s it – super easy. The folding gives your kitty a little wobble so it can rock back and forth, which kids absolutely love.
