Materials

  • Purple Pipe Cleaners aka Fuzzy wire
  • Scissors
  • Glue or double sided tape
  • Green Construction paper and your choice of background color
  • Green Marker
  • Template

  • Printer if using the template

Instructions

  1. First, take a purple pipe cleaner and begin wrapping it tightly around your finger or a pencil to form a spiral shape. Slide it off carefully once the spiral is formed to keep the shape. Repeat two more times so you have three lavender spirals.
  2. Cut one rectangle from red paper (or your color of choice) and one slightly smaller rectangle from white paper and cut out the leaf template from green paper.
  3. Glue the white rectangle onto the red rectangle so it makes a border., and Glue the leaf piece near the bottom of the white paper.
  4. Glue the three purple spirals above the leaves to make the your lavender flower stems.
  5. Add extra details with a green marker
