Maybe you want to improve some much-needed changing facilities, supply nappies and blankets to a local shelter, or update playtime equipment for a community nursery… anything goes! This is a great campaign. Even a little funding can make a difference to babies and families by offering small things that make a big difference. When mine were babies, we used to go along to our local baby groups nearly every day and those opportunities really helped them to thrive and learn new skills, as well as helping us meet new people and feel a sense of community in our local area. Since I had three little ones in three years, those local opportunities really were helpful and made our baby days much easier. Not every area is lucky enough to have such well equipped and supportive local groups (in fact where we live now doesn’t have as much compared to our old area), so I would put the #BetterForBaby grant towards offering a new baby group in the community.

Oh that’s a brilliant idea for a campaign. The foodbank my husband used to help to work for ran a mother and toddler group and nappies (especially Pampers!) were one of the main things that they would always get asked for, there’s so many families in need. Will have to go and see if I can nominate them 🙂
