Earlier this month, Pampers and Unicef came together to launch their new Every Parent’s Dream campaign. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t make this event due to children’s appointments but I still wanted to share some of this information with you all.
Emma Bunton is working with Pampers and Unicef to help support this important campaign, and the 10 babies posing with Emma below represent the 10 countries in which the campaign has helped to eliminate Maternal and Newborn Tetanus
The concept is really simple. For every specially marked pack sold, Pampers will be donating 1 vaccine. Every parent’s dream, wherever they are in the world, is for a healthy start in life for their baby. Maternal and Newborn Tetanus is a disease which is so easily preventable with the right vaccines yet every year 58,000 babies are still dying from this, which is just heart breaking.
As well as giving one vaccine for every pack of nappies. Pampers are also giving one vaccine for every view of their YouTube videos explaining about the campaign, so please do take a couple of minutes to watch this short video below showing just how important these vaccines are.

It’s such a tiny amount of money and an incredibly simple thing. I hate to think of anyone’s baby, or a brand new baby’s Mother, dying for the sake of a few pence…

It is a great campaign and doesn’t cost Pampers much in the grand scheme of things! Great reason to buy their nappies.

This is a wonderful cause to support. And it’s heart-breaking to think that deaths are occurring for the sake of a vaccination that costs just pennies. Have watched the video, so there’s another vaccine donated by Pampers.
