DIY New Year Party Hat Craft

- Metallic cardstock
- Pipe cleaners
- Colorful Yarn
- Scissors
- Strong glue or tape

Instructions
- Shape the cardstock into a cone. Then seal it with tape or glue.
- Make the 2024 from the pipe cleaners. You can do it by just bending
and folding the fuzzy wire.
- Then attach it to the cone using strong glue such as a hot glue gun.
- Make the pom pom for the top of the party hat cone from a yarn by wrapping a pile of yarn around your fingers.
- Tie at the center
then cut both sides of it. 
- Then attach it securely at the top of the cone with your hot glue gun
- And you’re done!
