Ingredients for the Cucumber & Apple Cooler Mocktail
- 2 green apples
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 10ml gomme syrup (See on Amazon UK / US)
- Cubed ice
- Garnish: 1 slice of cucumber with a tail
Glass: Highball
Method: How to make the Cucumber & Apple Cooler
- Pass all ingredients through a juice extractor Pour over ice immediately
- Shake
- Pour into the highball glass
- Garnish with slice of cucumber
- Serve with a straw
- Enjoy!
