As someone that worked in an office for decades I have to say how important it is to have the right atmosphere and how it affects productivity so when Inui LED Light approached us I was very excited. When we think about a comfortable office most people will think furniture, chairs, desks etc. Not many people think about lighting and how it affects your mood and even concentration.
Nearly half of young children and teenagers in the UK reportedly have tooth decay. Different factors can impact kids’ oral health, such as poor dental hygiene and access to sugary drinks or snacks.
If you want your children to develop a healthy smile, you must ensure they understand the dental hygiene basics. Here’s how you can teach your kids about good oral health.
Every child is different, and with these varied personalities and interests you will need different toys to best keep your child occupied and entertained. Recently, I was having this discussion with one of my mum groups about which toys are most used by our 4 year olds these days and it was really interesting to see the different trends.
Depending on your child’s personality, we will guide you through some of the top toys categories that will hopefully get plenty of play time, rather than sitting unloved on the shelf.
Whether you’re a man or a woman and you’re hoping to become a parent one day, it’s important that you understand more about your fertility and how you can potentially increase your chances of conceiving naturally. Unfortunately, even in the twenty-first century, infertility remains a fairly taboo subject and we have limited information about it. As a result, there are lots of misconceptions surrounding infertility, one being that it’s purely suffered by women. However, as many as one in six couples face fertility problems when trying to conceive and must therefore turn to IVF or other treatments to help, and 30% of these cases are due to problems with male fertility.
We have all been stuck indoors for a while so it is always good to have some ideas of how to keep the little ones entertained during lockdown. We still have only a few months to go until things go back to normal – hopefully – so read on to get some inspiration. Anna and I collected a few activities we have done with our little ones that could probably help you out when you are feeling stuck.
We have been lounging for a year now and as much as I love the comfort of my own house, a nice cup of tea and comfy clothes its time to start shaking things up and getting ready to get out in the world again. Season is also changing and we can finally see the sun more often. With warmer days in the horizon and lockdown restrictions slowly easing we can finally feel hopeful that life will start looking more normal in the near future. So while we are still enjoying the lazy days, get your best over for a cup of coffee and check out these super cute and comfy lounging sets by Femme Luxe. Just look at us. I also love the fact that our sets are contrasting. We did not plan it at all…it just happened. The one I am wearing is the Femme Luxe Pale Pink Belted Loungewear Set and is very stretchy and the material is very nice. They have a variety of colour options for you to chose from.
As parents, we are doing our best to teach our kids numerous unique skills to help them become better people in the future. However, most of us tend to overlook an essential attribute that can help preserve the world for future generations, and that is teaching them to be environmentally conscious. We might be environmentally conscious and talk about it every day with our kids, but knowing where and when to start teaching them can sound complicated, but it’s relatively easy.
When you’ve lived at your place for a long time, the scenery can start to feel a bit dull, and there comes a time where a change is due! Whether it’s a complete change in scenery, or the decision to make some changes to the home you already own, something needs to be different to keep things fun! The issue is, renovating can be expensive, and some changes made can be permanent unless you’re willing to spend even more money. For those reasons, it can be hard to get things just right – so planning is important.
There’s nothing random about giving gifts. It is an art. Art with immense potential. It can build stronger relationships, mend broken bonds, and also initiate new ones. You cannot take the act lightly if you have been bestowed upon this responsibility. You may have heard of this, it’s called the concept of gift-giving etiquette. Learning something like this helps in the process.
When we sit to think about what to give somebody on their special day, whether it is their sweet 16, nasty forty or a golden jubilee, we find ourselves stuck in a loop of ‘this is not good enough’ or ‘this is too costly.’ And it takes a long time for us to settle on something finally. But even then, we feel anxious regarding our choice.
However, we are here to tell you that there is another side to gift-giving that a good gift can enhance the recipient’s mood and says a lot about the giver. So it is important to choose gifts wisely!
We have some tips that will help you amp up your gifting game.
