Wilko have some great value wooden toys for little ones. We were sent over this wooden ark to review (I will be giving one away in the Advent Competitions too, so don’t forget to come and enter!)
The ark has a few different aspects to it which gives plenty of play value and has been keeping Mr T (3) and Mr R (2) entertained. It comes with 10 animal play pieces (2x monkeys, 2x lions, 2x zebras, 2x giraffes, 2x elephants) and two people. It also has a set of stairs which you can make the animals walk up.
The side of the ark is a shape sorter so you can put the animals into the ark by matching them up with the correct space, or if you are in a hurry when tidying up you can just remove the roof and place all of the pieces inside.
All of the pieces are good quality chunky wood with brightly coloured paint. They are very cute and are the perfect size for Mr T and Mr R. As the pieces are thick they don’t fall over when you stand them up which avoids the children getting frustrated when playing.
Both the boys love boats, so as soon as they saw the Ark they were very interested! It has been quite a while now since we received this toy and they are still getting it out to play with most days which is great!
I love the look of the ark as it is so nice and bright, and wooden toys always look really appealing so it looks good on their playroom shelves too. I also like the little wooden woman character as it looks like me in hijab!
This ark is only £10 in Wilko which is a great price really as wooden toys can be quite expensive! It is a really nice toy, and as I mentioned, if you fancy this toy for your own child then do keep an eye out for the competition coming up soon!

I’ve bought some of these too!
Wilkos have some fab toys at affordable prices. 😀
Looks fab and really fun!
That is lovely. We have one that we got from the ELC when Ethan was small and it has had loads of use!
Seems a great toy at a reasonable price. Could keep the children occupied and having fun. As they love animals and boats
