This Halloween, the Kpop Demon Hunters theme has taken over our pumpkin decorating! Instead of carving this year, we decided to paint our pumpkins, and honestly, it’s such a fun and colorful alternative. Painting is a lot less messy, and it lets you get really creative with the details.
If you’ve got your kids all ready and dressed up with their kpop demon hunters wig and costumes, then you can really finish things up by decorating your pumpkin to match the theme!

This Kpop demon hunters pumpkin paint project was super easy.
We used acrylic brush paint markers, which are amazing for this kind of project. They give you bright, opaque colors with great coverage, but the best part is how easy they are to control. It feels just like drawing with normal markers, but with the boldness of paint.

Derpy the tiger from K-Pop Demon Hunters is one of the easier Kpop Demon Hunters characters to draw, so we started there. We also painted Sussie and even added a soda pop can on the back, just for fun! You can draw them freehand straight onto the pumpkin with the acrylic markers with no derby kpop demon hunters pumpkin stencil template needed.

You can use our picture for inspiration or search google images for Inspo pics of Derpy or other K-Pop demon hunters characters like Rumi, Zoey, Mira or the Saja Boys including Jinu, Abby, Baby, and Mystery Saja or even Gwi-Ma if you are feeling bold.

My daughter went all out with her own creative ideas too, drawing a cute cat saying “I drink soda pops” and adding some extra fun designs all around. Each pumpkin turned out totally unique, and the colors pop so beautifully.

If you want a no-carve idea that still feels full of personality, try painting your pumpkins this Halloween, it’s such a great way to join in on the Kpop Demon Hunters trend while keeping your pumpkins bright and cheerful!

Painting pumpkins is such a fun way to get creative and spend quality time together during Halloween. It’s perfect for all ages and lets everyone’s personality shine through in their designs.
Plus, if you want your pumpkins to last longer without rotting, painting is a great option since you’re not cutting into them, so they stay fresh and bright all season long.
It is so easy to do with kids of any age, you do not need any pumpkin stencils just some time and creativity.
