Step by Step
Once you have gathered your supplies, here’s how to make this simple craft with kids. It’s very easy!
Gather Your Supplies as mentioned above
Prepare the Paper:
Print out the triangle template on green paper, or use it to trace the shape onto the paper and cut out your tree. You can also draw free hand if preferred.

Decorate Your Tree:
Lay out your decorations and let your child’s creativity run wild. They can glue buttons for baubles, add sequins for sparkle, or use stickers for a no-mess option.

Attach the Trunk:
Clip a clothespin at the bottom of the triangle to serve as the tree’s trunk.

As children pinch and release the clothespins, they engage the small muscles in their fingers and hands, crucial for developing grip strength and dexterity.
This simple action is a cornerstone for future skills like writing, using scissors, and other daily tasks that require precise hand movements and coordination.

Display Your Tree:
Stand up the tree using the clothes peg to display
