Here’s the text below for all three of the mad libs back to school stories.
1. “My First Day Back”
This silly story captures all the chaos and excitement of the first day of school! From tripping over backpacks to meeting new classmates and teachers, it’s a fun way for kids to laugh about those back-to-school nerves.

Today was my first day back at school, and it was so (adjective)!
I walked into the (noun/place) and (verb – past tense) right over a backpack.
“(silly word)!” I shouted, but luckily, nobody noticed.
There are (number) new (plural noun) in my class this year, and one of them brought a (animal) for show and tell!
My teacher is super (adjective), and we spent the morning (verb ending in -ing) and eating (food).
