There’s been a definite chill in the air the past couple of weeks, with some mornings feeling really frosty as we set out on the school run. Luckily the weather doesn’t put the kids off getting outside, but I do like to keep them nice and wrapped up so they don’t feel the cold too much.

JoJo Maman Bebe sent us a couple of bits from their knitted winter accessories range which is perfect for this time of year, to keep little ones warm and looking super cute too!

R was sent a gorgeous hat and scarf set, featuring dinosaurs which of course he loves! The quality of these is really good, with nice thick material and a well made feel.

The hats are available in a choice of 0-12 months, 1-2 years or 3-6 years. R is in the 3-6 years size and it fits him fine at 5 years old.

There’s plenty of little details on each of the items, with a pom pom on the hat and a string to tie.

With the scarf, when you hold both sides together you can get a completed dinosaur picture, which R really liked.

I really like the colour scheme with this dinosaur set, as it’s bold colours will go with almost anything – blues, reds, greens.. and it looks cheerful and bright without being too “babyish.” Although it’s really cute it still appealed to my 5 year old and his 6 year old brother would happily wear this too.

There are also really cute sets with buses and badgers, and if you’re in a christmassy mood they have reindeers and penguins too – and loads of gorgeous ones for girls as well, like owls and cats. You should be able to find hats, gloves and scarfs to coordinate in whatever design you prefer.
