  • Scissors
  • Black Construction paper

Instructions

  1. Print and Cut the shamrock template onto your black construction paper or card stock
  2. Cut squares from the green tissue papers.
  3. Attach contact paper to the shamrock
  4. then attach the tissue papers until you covered the entire template.
  5. Cut the excess contact paper from the template. Turn it over and display.
