- Print the template and cut out the handle shape in construction paper then attach it at the top of the paper.

- Cut stars from yellow paper then attach it to the paper plate. Or other design of your choice.

Once the main design is ready, kids can keep adding more details. They might want extra stars, dots made with a hole punch, or any patterns they like.
