The Chad Valley Baby Tablet is a fun electronic toy for the littlest ones in the family. We all know that babies and toddlers quickly get attracted to gadgets like the TV remote, or parent’s mobile phones, so the Chad Valley Baby Tablet (Junior Kid Pad) caught N’s eye straight away!
This is a really chunky tablet, which is simple to use even for babies as young as 9 months. N is now 15 months but has been playing with this for a good few months, and she was able to get the hang of it straight away.
The tablet has four modes, which can be changed via the slider at the bottom of the toy. The modes are animal noises, numbers, music or sound effects. So whenever a certain mode is selected, those are the sounds you’ll get when you press each button.
The Chad Valley Lion Hopper is a great toddler toy for indoor or outdoor play. N has used similar hoppers in Baby Sensory and our local Gym Tots class, so I knew that she enjoyed them and this Chad Valley lion version is a great way to have a similar bouncing toy at home for a really reasonable price.

Chad Valley Noah’s Ark is a fun activity toy for little ones aged 12 months+. Baby N just turned 1 year old over Christmas and this has been one of her favourite toys from the Chad Valley Play Panel, which she’s been playing with every day.

We’re excited to be part of the Chad Valley Play Panel again this year, putting Chad Valley toys to the test with our four children. This year our youngest was keen to get involved too and we’ve been trying out a really cool toy that definitely has the wow factor for babies: the Chad Valley Floating Ball Fun Zone!

What better place to be when designing the Dream Play Pad and home of the future than inside a kid’s headspace? Their imaginative thinking is unparalleled and they can conjure up the most amazing creations and visions in moments.
When 1,004 children aged 5-11 were asked what their dream home would look like, a traditional castle came out on top (26 per cent). The Pad’s top features include a swimming pool (40 per cent), cinema (32 per cent), ice cream maker (31 per cent), trampoline (28 per cent), a bouncy castle (25 per cent) and even a slide to whizz inhabitants downstairs (24 per cent).
As part of the Chad Valley Play Panel, we’ve been trying out lots of fun toys from Chad Valley at Argos. The latest toy that the boys have been enjoying is the Chad Valley Rally Challenge which is a remote control car racing track set, which comes with two cars.
The set comes in quite a compact box, but once put together it’s a large figure of eight shaped track. The layout size of the track is 1.5 x 0.5m, and in total the set includes 3.1metres of track.
