Earlier this month, Cuddledry have launched their new grey stars baby apron bath towel. Their hands free bath towels are an award winning baby product, and the new grey stars design is gorgeous.
I was sent one of the new design bath towels to try out, and I can’t wait to use it with our new baby once she arrives. I have heard so many good things about Cuddledry but it wasn’t around when my older children were babies, so it’s exciting to try out these new products this time around!
The Cuddledry baby bath towels come nicely presented in a box with a carry handle, and as you can see it’s designed in Britain and has won so many awards – all of which are shown along the front of the packaging.
When I took the Cuddledry towel out, I could straight away feel how nice and soft it is. The towel is made from pure unbleached cotton and natural bamboo fibre, and has a thick good quality feel that will remain soft after using and washing the towel.
The next thing that I noticed is that the towel is much larger than other hooded baby bath towels I have bought. Most of them are in a square shape and are quite small – just big enough to wrap the baby, but the Cuddledry has a longer length and much more fabric to wrap around the baby, as well as the apron bit to wrap around yourself.
The apron style allows you to wear the towel around your neck, using the strip which you can see in the picture below. This means that as the towel is secured around you, you can have both of your hands free to pick up your baby and wrap them snuggly into the towel, and they are then snuggled up with you as they get dry.
The fabric is highly absorbent and fast drying, and the towel uses a unique double-layer system with hood – draws water away from baby’s skin and hair.
As you can see, the grey stars design towel is grey on one side, and white on the other with the cute grey star trim all around the edges. It’s unisex design suits both boy or girl babies, and has a really nice modern trendy look to it. I’m loving lots of the stylish grey nursery designs around at the moment!
