December is just around the corner, which means that no doubt many children are already thinking about Christmas and starting to pen their Christmas wish lists! If your child is wishing for a new bike, scooter or skate board then they might be in luck thanks to Halfords new festive competition.

Enter to win bikes, scooters and skateboards in the Letters to Santa competition

Christmas is getting closer, and Santa is busy reading all the letters which have been sent to him by good girls and boys. So to get into the Christmas spirit, Halfords is hosting a very special competition. Each week we’re giving kids the chance to win 1 of 4 brand new kids’ bikes, scooters or skateboards – just in time for Christmas!

All your child needs to do is write their very own festively fun letter to Santa explaining why they’d love to have a new bike, scooter or skateboard. Let their creativity and imagination run wild.

To enter the competition, a grown up needs to take a photo of this handwritten letter, and upload it. Each week a photo will be selected at random and will be the lucky owner of a new bike, scooter or skateboard!

Writing letters to santa is the perfect way for kids to practise their handwriting skills in a fun way, and really helps to build the excitement of the season. I’m sure many of us have fond memories of ticking off our choices in the toy catalogues and making a list.

I’m sure bikes, scooters and skateboards are at the top of lots of children’s christmas lists, just as they were when we were growing up. They have such a universal appeal.

Good luck to all of you who enter!
