  1. Mother’s Day is such a big blessing for me. After multiple miscarriages and years of fertility treatments were blessed with our precious daughter 7 years ago and I look forward to this day as there were times where it looked like I would never be a mum. I am planning on taking my daughter to the Natural History Museum as she loves it there and afterwards hot chocolate and cake.

  4. I will be visiting mum with my sister. It will be a double celebration as this year Mother’s Day falls on mums birthday!

  5. Three of my five children will be spending the day with me, eating, laughing, playing games etc. My other two will Skype me at some point during the day so I will have heard from all of them (they are all adults now)!

  6. I have my mother and father in law over for Sunday lunch. Unfortunately, my mum is no longer with us – so it’s a bitter sweet time.

  7. All I would love is a lie in and a day of less chaos lol, I’m always kept in the dark about mother’s day plans until the day as the kids like to keep the day a secret for me. I always make sure I have the time to visit my mum in the afternoon though to give her a card and present and spend some time with her too

  8. I’m hoping to get a lie in and breakast in the morning. Will give my Mum a phone call after that as she lives 200 miles away but will be meeting her half way in the week which will be lovely x

  9. I am entering for my little Grandson as a surprise for his mummy and on Saturday we are all going out for lunch and on Sunday I will go over early and help him hide little surprises around his bedroom with little clues to follow

  11. I will pop flowers on my mums grave in the morning visit my mum in law for lunch then my kids will want have a special tea and give me their hand made presents my dad and step mum will come in the early evening so the kids can give her gifts too

  13. I’m climbing England’s highest mountain with my three daughters. It’s a bit of a tradition. Hard going but great being with my girls ????

  14. My mum is currently on holiday in New Zealand, so won’t be doing anything special on Mother’s Day. Will wait until she is back and then take her out for lunch.

  15. I am really excited this year I got us tickets for the local children’s theatre so we are off to see the borrowers at 10am then I am hosting a late lunch for my mother in law! I won’t see my mum til Thursday so we will celebrate together then ????

  16. We are having a family dinner at home with grandma and relaxing together for the rest of the day as my daughter is unwell.

  18. We’ve got a nice relaxing day planned, full of cards, chocolates and flowers, followed by a slap up meal and nice film in the evening. Bliss 🙂

  19. I have worked all day today but one of my daughters picked me up after work with my grandchildren and took me home and my other two daughters joined us at my house with lots of pressies and some nice quality family time

  21. I had a lovely lie in and breakfast brought to me in bed with flowers. new slippers and bubble bath. spent the day with the kiddies and we all had a chinese for dinner

  26. Taking my mum for Afternoon tea in Chester, followed by a ghost walk and a night in a haunted hotel !!! cant wait !!!!! 🙂
