London Designer Outlet (LDO) in Wembley Park, the Capital’s only fashion and lifestyle outlet centre, is hosting a ‘Summer Garden Party’ to celebrate the best of the British summer, with an array of FREE, fun activities and vibrant performances. With a ‘walled garden’ gracing LDO’s Retail Square, this is your chance to enjoy the best of the English summer at LDO.

Come rain or shine people of all ages are invited to LDO’s ‘Summer Garden Party’ which is FREE to attend from Saturday 29th July until Sunday 6th August – 12.00pm to 4.00pm daily.

I’m looking forward to going along with the kids, and will share with you about our day, but for now here’s what you can expect at LDO this summer.

Here’s what you can expect to enjoy at LDO:

  •   There’s no summer without strawberries and cream, so stop by our strawberry & cream cart and enjoy this quintessentially English treat
  •   Take a moment to relax – and perhaps a selfie or two – in LDO’s massive, fun, over-sized deckchair whilst listening to the relaxing harmonies of LDO’s string quartet
  •   Create and craft your own magical masterpieces and head-dresses at our flower crown classes and feel like you’ve jumped straight out of a fairytaleGuests will also be able to enjoy our fabulous face-painters, a floral themed photobooth, plus live performances from The Living Hedgemen, who walk, talk and hug their way through LDO. Not only that, but expect to shop and stroll to the melodic tune of our string quartet, swing along with our jazz band and enjoy vocal harmonies from the Barber shop-acapella group, the TestostaTones.

After a full day of excitement be sure to head into one of LDO’S 20 bars and restaurants for a meal or cooling drink. You’ll find some perfect al-fresco spots for a summer cocktail or a bite to eat with views of famous Wembley Stadium. There’s something for everyone, from Lost Rivers Bar & Kitchen to Treatz ice cream and dessert parlour, and of course family favourites Pizza Express, Prezzo, Handmade Burger Co and Zizzi, to dim-sum at Ping Pong, a taste of Brazil at Cabana or the Caribbean vibe at Sugar Dumplin’. LDO also offers a free children’s playpark and a nine-screen Cineworld where you can catch the latest movies – rounding off a great day out.

During your visit there’s plenty of time to pick up some hot summer bargains at the 50 outlet stores, offering year-round savings at LDO of up to 70% off RRP. Continuing the summer theme, why not choose from famous British brands including Jack Wills, M&S, Kurt Geiger, Superdry, Ernest Jones, Clarks, The Fragrance Shop, Body Shop and Next.
