Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons chocolate whey protein;

– 1 mashed banana;

– 2 tablespoons pancake flour;

– 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds;

– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;

– 2 beaten large eggs;

– 4 tablespoons almond milk;

– 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional).

How to Prepare

(i) Put all the dry ingredients together in one bowl and mix thoroughly using a whisk.

Ingredients

– 2 large peaches;

– 2 teaspoons oil;

– 2 teaspoons apricot preserves;

– 1/2 cup ricotta cheese;

– 2 tablespoons sugar;

– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract;

– 3 cloves garlic;

– 1/2 cup olive oil;

– 1/3 cup tomato sauce;

– 2 pounds fresh shrimp;

– Skewers.

How to Prepare

(i) Mince the garlic. Chop your fresh basil into very tiny pieces. Peel and devein the shrimp.
