We really enjoyed Hotel Transylvania 2 when it was out in the cinema, and now that it’s coming out on DVD and Blu-Ray, we’re offering one lucky In The Playroom winner the chance to win a copy to watch on DVD at home.

If you are yet to see the movie, you’re in for a treat. Hotel Transylvania 2 is a fun family movie featuring Count Dracula and his daughter Mavis. Mavis married a human in Hotel Transylvania, and now in the sequel she’s back with a son – the super cute curly red haired Dennis. Throughout the story, you see the family wonder whether he is going to develop into a vampire or not, and it is funny, heart warming and thoroughly entertaining! (You can read our full review of the movie here)

With Pancake day today, why not add a fun Hotel Transylvania theme to your pancakes to surprise the kids! Check out these amazing Hotel Transylvania pancakes made by Sai Pancakes – they look exactly like the real characters – how talented is he! Watch and see which characters you can spot in the video

If you’d like to have a go at monster-themed pancake art yourself, please share your pictures on social using the hashtag #HotelT2Pancakes – I’ll be giving it a try myself, although I’m sure they won’t be quite as good as Sai Pancakes.

Hotel Transylvania 2 is out now on Digital HD and on 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray & DVD 15th February

  6. Like the first movie we loved the second Hotel Transylvania – not many ‘cartoon’ films can do this successfully! Just long enough and enough jokes to equally keep kids and grown ups happy, plus the animation is faultless! Highly recommended (we took – 4, 5, 7 and 8 year old)

  8. The first movie was great – good for adults and children alike! What really set the film apart for me was the quality of the artwork – it really harked back to the golden generation of animated movies!
