Unfortunately due to my condition I can’t actually participate in sports myself, but I used to really enjoy running, I hated netball in school but now my Daughter plays for our local team I love watching her play it 🙂
I walk lots with our dog and children. I also do yoga.
I enjoy taking the kids swimming they love it and are coming on really well!!!!!
I really enjoy walking, taking in the country views and the lovely fresh air 🙂

I love dvd workouts at home! High energy, quick to set up and I don’t even have to leave the house! Jillian Michael’s Yoga and HIT workouts are my faovourite

swimming is my all time fave, as a child i was never allowed to do sports because i was very poorly with asthma, but my dad used to always take me swimming , when i had my lg i had sciatica and swimming really helped with the pain! my lg also loves swimming 🙂
