Welcome back to another day of this years Advent giveaways feature! We’re offering In The Playroom readers the chance to win lots of gifts and prizes to brighten up your Winter.

Today we have a fun family board game: Goblet Gobblers from Paul Lamond. Christmas is the perfect time for relaxing with family games, so this prize will be great for this time of year.

gobblet gobblers game

Gobblet Gobblers offers a challenging twist on the classic game of strategy but players must not be fooled by the adorable Gobblers, these cute characters are hungry for fun! Players just need to be the first to line up three Gobblers in a row either vertically, horizontally or diagonally to claim the win but with three different sizes of greedy Gobblers to help gobble up opponent’s pieces it is not always as straight forward as it seems.

The three different sized blue and orange Gobblers can be placed on an empty space on the 3×3 grid or used to cover smaller Gobblers. The game is ideal for encouraging young minds to think ahead, watch their opponent’s moves and try to remember what is lurking under another Gobbler that could steal the win!
