I recently came across Sole Trader, a site where you can get high street and designer brand shoes for kids and adults at discounted prices. With three growing kids to clothe, finding good quality products available at discount is always a great find! I was offered the chance to review some shoes from the Sole Trader site and have been really impressed with the good value of their products.
I chose a pair of trainers each for my youngest two boys, R and T and this came to just over 50 pounds for both pairs.
For R, I went for these Puma suede 2 strap trainers in black, and for T the same trainers but in heliotrope / blue atoll. It’s a pretty striking colour, but I think T makes it work! It suits him well.

I really like the “old skool” design and look of these Puma trainers, and both boys are really pleased with them. Although they are still young boys, they do pay attention to some of the clothes and shoes that they wear, and they felt very cool with these new trainers.
Most importantly, they have felt very comfortable in these trainers too. The quality and fit of this design seems great. I have had no complaints from the boys about anywhere being pinched or rubbing, and they have been happy running about and walking in the shoes. I know Puma are a reliable brand for trainers, so I feel happier putting them in those shoes knowing they will hopefully last longer compared to a non branded shoe at the same price (Due to the large discount on these)
Sole Trader have a variety of trainers, and other kinds of shoes available – including school shoes, boots and many shoes for adults too. The delivery was quick, with good communication about when to expect my parcel. I would not hesitate to recommend them, if you’re looking to buy good value shoes online.
