As soon as my children saw the trailer for Dreamworks new movie, Home, they have been waiting eagerly to watch. I’m sure this one is going to be a big hit. I have to admit I’m keen to see it too!
We were excited to try out the new range of Home toys from Flair that have been created to go alongside the movie and bring the magic of the big screen to your own home. The range has a good variety of toys to suit everyone, many of them featuring the loveable character Oh.
We received a selection from the range and my boys have been having a lot of fun playing with all the toys.
Animated Dancing Plush Oh
This is a large plush with music and dancing. It’s really fun for the children to activate him and then dance alongside him on the floor. He includes 3 different songs and four hit phrases from the movie, like “my hands are in the air like I just do not care!” which my kids love hearing him say.
He is also good to cuddle!

Shusher Wand
The shusher wand brings to life the character of Captain Smek, with light and sound. It includes phrases from the movie and opens up to show a miniature Smek.
This toy was a hit with my children too, and I’m sure they will love it even more after watching the movie which is out this weekend.

Mood Bubbles
These are some of the pocket money figures available in the Home toys range. These mood bubble mini figures come in round balls, with gold alien pods inside and you can collect a variety of different figures such as Grumpy Oh, Bashful Oh, and Loving Oh with a total of 18 to collect.

Boov Ears
These are another great pocket money toy, at only £3.99 RRP, which my kids have really enjoyed wearing for lots of giggles and imaginary play pretending to be Oh. Z has worn them in to school today since they had the chance to dress up silly for Red Nose Day.
The ears are a good size and should fit most children, as they fitted fine onto our oldest (6) and youngest (3)
Plush assortment
As well as the larger animated plush, there are many smaller plush characters available too – Pig, Oh, or Captain Smek. The Oh plushes come in a variety of different colours and we got a yellow one
All of these smaller sized assorted plushes have an RRP of £6.99 and you can also get talking plushes for £19.99
There are even more fun toys in the Home range too, like an animated talking Tipi doll and other small figures. I’m sure they will all go down well with fans of the movie.
Home is out in cinemas from this weekend, and we will let you know what we think of it.
