During the summer, we often jump in the car on the weekend and drive to find new places to explore.

Now that Spring is starting to appear, I can’t wait to start these adventures again.

Beautiful must visit places in the UK

We’ve found so many beautiful sights within the UK and I know that there are many more still to discovered.

We often tend towards find old castles or coastal areas to explore, since those appeal to the whole family and are always fun for the kids. But exploring a new city is always fun too!

Travelodge asked me to share some of our ideas for places to visit this summer, and are offering one reader the chance to win 1 night at a Travelodge of your choice, for you and your family.

That would come in handy when you are exploring a little further from home and can’t make it back for bedtime!

(Make sure you read right down to the bottom if you want to enter the giveaway)

So here are is my UK travel wish list!

The 5 I’ve chosen for my wish list today are places with gorgeous scenery, that I think would be relaxing to visit and experience.

  1. I’d love to visit London again soon, so much to see and do – and we always end up doing none of it and spend our time pub crawling in Soho instead 😀

  6. i love holidaying in our beautiful country but it is very expensive its cheaper to go to spain for a week all inclusive than it is to visit Scarborough for a week bed and breakfast and its such a shame as not enough of the people who live in England see just what it has to offer 🙁
