stuck on youIt’s September already and ‘Back to School‘ is on every parent’s mind! I was so happy to be sent some back to school products to review from Stuck on You – they are such lovely things and all personalised which is great to reduce the risk of things being lost or accidently swapped with another child.

Have a look at all the products we tried out – and don’t forget to enter the giveaway at the end of the post!

First up is the Lunch Box – One of the most important things for Back to School. Mr Z had really been looking forward to a new lunch box and he loves this one with his name on it.

Personalised Lunchbox – £18.99

It’s really to design on the Stuck On You website –

  • You choose your colour (pink, navy or red)
  • Choose your design – Over 20 to pick from. Mr Z has one here with a submarine and helicopter sea scene.
  • Add the name

The lunch box is a good size and is insulated on the inside to help keep the food fresh. It’s great quality and really well made. With so many potential colour and design combinations, each one will be quite unique. Having the name on is so handy as there is no way this can be misplaced in school now!

stuck on you personalised lunch boxNext up we have personalised pencils. I chose the spot pack which includes a pack each of HB pencils and colouring pencils, all fully personalised with first and last name.

Personalised Stationery – £11.99

The coloured pencils pack includes 7 bright colours and the crayons are triangular to make it easier for little ones to grip them correctly, which is always helpful! The HB pencil pack included 10 pencils.

As well as school items, Stuck On You do some other personalised gifts which are gorgeous. As Mr T and Mr R are not in full time school yet, I decided to chose them a non school item each.

First up is a personalised long sleeve tee for Mr T.

Personalised clothing & Personalised pyjamas – 12.99

The personalisation for these works in much the same way as for the lunch boxes

  • Choose your colour – Pink, Grey, Navy or White
  • Choose your design – I chose a dinosaur cars design for Mr T
  • Add the name, and also choose your font to give more flexibility in the final look.

stuck on you personalised name tshirtThe top is a good quality, made of nice soft cotton, and was a good fit for Mr T. The sizes are 2, 4, 6 or 8 and I decided to go for size 6 just to be on the safe side and give him enough room as he is quite solidly built. This was a good decision so I would recommend opting for the bigger size if you are unsure.

It’s nice to have a top with his name on to help support him in learning to recognise his name written down, as well as being fun for him.

The final item was a personalised name puzzle for Mr R.

Wooden Name Puzzles £19.99

This is such a great product and would be a really special gift for a baby or young child. Mr R loved his puzzle and I love it too as its so cute. When he is not playing with it, I have displayed it on his bedroom shelf as a quirky and cute room decoration.

This is also really good to get him started on recognising his name, as a whole and the separate letters which make it up. The pieces are easy for a little one to grip and place back in the puzzle and are a good solid size so they are not too easy to loose. The whole puzzle is a generous size and made of good quality smooth wood, with bright bold colours on the letters. It is a beautiful puzzle!

  1. I love the personalised puzzle! DS1 is just starting to recognise some letters (“O” for “my name!”, “G” for Granny, “M” for Mummy” etc) and this would be a really good way of him recognising the whole word, especially as he starts preschool this week.
