Today I’m introducing another featured blogger: Adventures of Adam. I’m so happy to see that Adventures of Adam is now down to the finals for the Fresh Voice category in the Brilliance in Blogging awards (BIBs). I voted for them in the previous round, and have my fingers crossed for a win for them! This is what Fresh Voice should be all about – a brand new blog which has got off to a fantastic start with already loads and loads and loads of useful play ideas for little ones.
Adventures of Adam also spend a lot of time campaigning for Hyperemesis Gravidarum awareness so the activities I am featuring today are all super simple activities that your toddler could do if you are suffering with Hyperemesis while you already have a little one. They are all super easy activities with very little set up and no mess – just simple fun activities to keep the little ones busy and make life a little more bearable!

What do you think of the activities? Which ones would your little ones like to try? Don’t forget to check out all the other activities on Adventures of Adam too!

Some great ideas there, I’m always looking for different things to do with F as she gets bored of her ‘normal’ toys so easily! We have been doing the pipe cleaner posting which she really enjoys. Will have to give some of the others a try!
What great ideas! I’m pinning this for sure! My three year old loves tape so I know he would love the tape pull. 🙂 Thanks!
Thanks for some great ideas. As grandma (and part-time carer) of two under-threes, I am always looking for new ways to keep them amused, and I’ll certainly be trying out some of these on them when they’re here tomorrow. 🙂
I am so excited to be a featured blogger – a huge thank you. I never imagined that the blog would take off so quickly. I don’t think my feet have touched the ground since being shortlisted for a BiBs let alone becoming a finalist! It has given me an amazing opportunity to raise awareness of Hyperemesis Gravidarum and provide support for those women currently suffering.
I made a promise to myself that once I was on the other side of Hyperemesis I would make each day an adventure. We certainly are having a big adventure now!
Thank you ‘In The Playroom’ for all your support.
You’re welcome – I love your blog! 🙂
pulling masking tape is such a great idea. Wish I’d thought of that when 6yo was small
Love the pipe cleaners through the colander, a really simple but fun idea!
I love these ideas – I’m going to try out the masking tape on a baking tray one tomorrow! Thanks so much for introducing me to Emma, I now have a fab new blogger to stalk 🙂
Great ideas. It can be tough with a little one when you’re feeling bad. These activities would also be useful when the new baby comes along too.
Thanks for linking #LetKidsBeKids
I don’t have hyperemesis, but will definitely be trying some of these with my daughter. Sometimes you just need simple ideas!
What a great list of ideas! My youngest isn’t quite old enough for them yet but she will be before too long and I’ll be pinning this for then! Thanks for sharing 🙂
This is a great roundup! My little man is 18 mos and is needing some fun activities that are just for him. Thanks for this!
Great ideas as always – Thanks for linking up to the Parenting Pin It Party last week x x
These are great ideas! Thanks for sharing/putting them all together in one place!
