Have you heard of SoccerSuckers? These little football player suckers are lots of fun for kids to collect. Each one comes in a football shaped capsule and is a surprise, you won’t know which player you have until you open it.
We were sent a few SoccerSuckers for review and they make an ideal little treat for Mr Z.
Each capsule includes one premier league player from either Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur. Mr Z loves to play football with his friends at school, and at home in the garden. He has not yet learned all the different football players but we support Arsenal in our family. We’ve lived in West London for the past two years but where we lived before that and where all the children were born is nearby to the Arsenal stadium. Luckily when we opened the SoccerSuckers we found that Mr Z had two Arsenal players, and also one Manchester United.
The suckers still easily to any shiny surface. They are great on windows, and can also be used on the fridge, bath or anywhere else in the house with a clean and shiny surface. We stuck them on Mr Z’s window but to take a clearer picture I also stuck them on the side of his bed.
They do stick to wood, but not as firmly as onto the windows.
As you can see, the footballers come in a caricature style and should be recognisable to any children who have already learned the names of the footballers in the teams they support. Otherwise, younger children can atleast recognise their team by the football strip.
These are a fun and novel idea, and would make a great pocket money toy or would be perfect in party bags for a football themed party!
