Olly the Little White Van is a preschool series aged at age 2-6, so with three boys in this age group it is perfect for our home. Olly is an enthusiastic little van who loves to help his friends as much as he can. Each episode is a short story about his adventures with his friends in Bumpton. At 5 minutes each they are perfect for younger children and my boys all enjoy it.
We were recently sent a dvd of 5 new Olly the Little White Van episodes and all three boys were keen to watch. The DVD kept them entertained throughout and they watched all of them in one afternoon, which is manageable as they are only 5 minutes each. We have another Olly DVD at home – Olly the Little White Van Catch Me If You Can which has been well loved and watched quite a few times.
The new episodes will be shown on Milkshake on Channel 5 soon so be sure to keep a look out for them. Olly the Little White Van airs daily at 6.50 on Milkshake or you can see it several times a day on Cartoonito, so you can still catch it if you are not watching TV that early! The show is voiced by Justin Fletcher who is always a big hit in our house.
Olly is also coming to cinemas with half hour screenings tomorrow (Feb 24th) at selected Picture house cinemas – a perfect first cinema trip for younger toddlers!
